and build a future of hope for our communities!
Our mission is to empower all people of the
communities to move beyond
perceived and real challenges to wholeness.
The Shalom Strategy includes:
- Asset-Based Community Development: utilizing existing local resources and acquiring new resources
- Collaboration: working in collaboration with faith communities, businesses, organizations and residents
- Faith in Action: acting out our faith, and in so doing, reaching and drawing persons into God's shalom
- Systemic Change: instilling new, active, responsible, and hopeful mindsets among its participants
- Nurturing of Spiritual Growth
- Promoting Economic Development
- Strengthening Multi-Cultural Relationships
- Empowering Healing and Wholeness
